Today is THURSDAY! I work from 2:00 PM-9:30 PM! Then the next day is obviously FRIDAY. Which i am not going to think about this afternoon, i am going to focus on spending time with the ladies at the house, and making them a delicious dinner! The six of them mean so much to me already! This job really has made me a more understanding,educated, and open-minded person.Not to mention patient. Love it :) On Friday, i am going to pick up my check at 8:00 AM, be in Grand Haven to classes by 9:00AM-4:00 PM and then from Grand Haven back to Muskegon, to the Credit Union, then to Car City by 5:00 for my appointment there. I am pretty sure i am going to be on edge until then, i am pretty sure that i am not going to focus at class on Friday, that if am going to be to nervous anxious, and excited to do anything!

Oct. 7th, 2009 02:17 pmOn Friday, i get my first check. I am going to go to Car City, to get a car. I have tags/plates/registration to pay for, down payment for the car, insurance, and gas. I am overwhelmed, more then overwhelmed, i am scared, excited, nervous,anxious, completely freaking out. I am shaky and have an upset stomach, and i don't know why. I've never owned a car before. NEVER. I am scared, but excited....

Savings account at the credit union - Put 20.00 out of each paycheck into savings account
- Start a Payment plan for Capital One Account, like 20.00 every two weeks from checking acct.
- Open Savings account for kids [very important to me]
- Buy AJ something nice for christmas
- Buy a house [long term goal]
- Purchase a car
- COMPLETELY pay off Car.
Personally
1.Let my hair grow long; to lower back-butt area.
2.QUIT picking at the nasty zits you have on your face, you know its a bad habit so quit!
3. Look into dental care
4.Get Married [sounds nicer to me, every day.]
5.Read at least 1 book a month
6.Don't call in to work;be late to work; or leave work early. [unless emergency]
7.Stop drinking pop.
8. Cut back on fast food;

This might actually be a big entry, i don't know.
I am loving my job, and i am so glad to be employed :) I was blessed with an amazing position, at an amazing company that does incredible things for the community. In my job, i take care of mentally and physically disabled people, who can't do for themselves. We cook, clean, shower, toilet, transfer, love, and support these people. I am so happy that i was given this job! I love all of my fellow employees, and heck! I might actually have a FRIEND. Oh Emh Gee, right?[sarcasm, m'dears]-her name is Ebony, and she is beautiful. She has a fantastic personality and she is so friendly! I love all the consumers already, and i am sure if i didn't work there anymore i would be heartbroken, because these people are just like family to me. Even "V" who is quite a handful.But she is so beautiful and intelligent, everyone doesn't like her because its actually WORK to have to deal with her, but i like it. Its fun. She is newer than even i am, she came three days after i started working there.So its a big change for all of us, not just her and I.
Speaking of work. Yesterday we had an employee appreciation banquet. "An evening with the stars" It was pretty boring, aside from my Mother in Law winning a 100.00 visa card and me winning a 20.00 gift card to Gordon Foods. There was crappy food but we went to taco bell afterwords on the way to go get my kids. And then my mom gave us pizza and breadsticks from little ceasers. And holy crap, AJ came in and visited with my mom and bill and gage :)
I am excited about getting paid: not excited about having to save my whole check. MAYBE. I may have to save my whole check [plus the 100.00 gift card i am expecting to get ANYTIME from Ross for finding employment on my own, without the assistance of the job club]. Because we don't have insurance on the car we have now, and we think that in order to get insurance on the car i will be getting, we will have to have insurance on both. Plus, first months payment, tags, and plates. PLUS gas. I don't quite know how much my check is going to be, so i am nervous. Blah. I am HORRIBLE at saving my money. HORRIBLE. SO i am hoping that if i am not able to get a car this week, that i can open a savings account and put ALL of my money into it.
On top of that, we still need Halloween Costumes, and i want to get good ones before they are all gone. But push comes to shove, we can get them whatever and they would be happy, or we could make them ones and they would be happy, or the second hand store. There are lots of options there, whether we are able to do them or not, is another story.
I am looking at Christmas presents right now, and i found a bedding set that i want to get Kaiden:

Oct. 2nd, 2009 07:04 amIt's sad. I work Fri-Sun, and have class Mon-Wed, and the only thing i am worried about, it whether or not, my laundry is going to get done on Saturday. LOL. I know, i am pathetic. Pathetic. But AJ had offered to help me with it. So i am hoping he is going to! That would be sweet of him. I love him :) I actually get one on one training with Rose today, go me. Its better than not being able to do anything, or having to sit and read for ever and ever. I kind of like her, reguardless of all the horror stories i have been told. Either way, she still is the boss, and what goes goes i guess, lol.
Well, i guess that i am off to get dressed, get the kids around, and get this bedroom picked up. I leave for work in about three hours, and sometimes its never enough time to get done what i need to get done :)

1.Move Keira's dreser, Dust the top, wash the three sides, and sweep under it. Try to fix the second drawer. Organize clothes inside.
2.Organize Kaiden's drawers, dust the top, and wash the three sides.
3.Clean around Aj's computer, dust the top of desk.
4. Clean my desk
5. Organize the kids' toys.
6. While they are napping: Clean there room
7. Vacuum all of the rooms.

It really surprises me that getting a job can improve the way i feel about myself and my life that much. I don't think it is that as much as it is being able to help provide for my family, and get off state assistance.

Hello, my dear friends list! Oh how i miss chatting with you! On Saturday, i called best buy to see if my computer was completed and they said, just come in and we'll REPLACE IT AGAIN. So YAYYYYYYY i have another brand new computer, this time: Its a DELL! Woot. Lets try this again, lol, for the third time, and i hope not to have to go through that process again.
ANNNNNNNNNNNNNND, on a fantastic note. I had some money left over so they gave me a gift card, with that i bought AIIIIIIIION! How awesome :) I am like only lvl 7 but i am having a blast. So much that, i haven't even downloaded WoW.
The BF is pretty stoked that i am playing it with him too!
[listens to him laugh, as he watches Smallville on his computer with his nerdy headphones on; how smexxy.]
Oh, and i am loving my job, although Shadowing is BORING because you can do NOTHING. But, hell, i get paid for it.

Sep. 25th, 2009 06:51 amMonday, Tuesday, and Thursday i had classes for my job! I was so nervous, excited, and scared for each one of them. But i learned SO much already, and i've only taken a few classes. Some people may hate the classes, but i am thankful that we are required to take them, because i feel MUCH better prepared already. [It doesn't hurt that you get paid for them too!]
Anyways, today I start my actually training at my job from 10-4! I am so SCARED. I am scared i am going to mess up. I am scared that i am going to be expected to do things i am not sure how to do. I am scared that i am not going to be accepted. That people are going to be hostile towards me. I've never had a job so serious before. NERVOUS.=/.
On top of that my STUPID POS COMPUTER, effing broke again. GRRRRRRRR. I do not understand it! I will NEVER buy a gateway again, not that i bought this one: i will NEVER own a gateway again. So its back to the geek squad. I have no hopes of getting it back any time soon, but thats okay, because i am super busy these days.
Well, the kids are good and healthy, we are both employed, and life is great ;) HOW ARE YOU?
